AcuMedic Ltd. have a very fair policy with regard to shipping costs. In all cases, we charge only the amount required to cover our own costs, and no more.

The postal rate for your order will be calculated at the payment stage, and of course, you may cancel the order should you wish.

Please note that all charges are made in GBP - Pounds Sterling, though our Online shopping system lists equivalent costs for countries in the Euro Zone.

Please note that the weight of your purchase may fall between two different scales. If this is the case, our system will round up to the nearest available weight.

Also please note that we do not charge VAT on shipping costs. In some cases, the shipping charge processed on your final order will be LOWER than that stated within the Online shop. Our mail order team will use their discretion accordingly.
