confirmation E-mail. This will detail the items you have purchased, and
various contact details - but will not show your credit card number for
security reasons.
Our fulfillment centre
AcuMedic Ltd. have a fully
staffed fulfillment centre that you can contact in the unlikely event that you
should experience a problem using our Online ordering service.
Your unique Online shopping reference
When you place an order,
our system will automatically give you an order reference number which is up
to 15 digits in length. Your order reference number will always start with two
letters - usually made up from the initials of your name.

Please quote this reference
(which is unique to each order you create) and we will immediately trace the
progress of your order should the need arise.
