parties. We will never abuse the confidence you
place in us when you make your order. We may
e-mail you ourselves regarding things you may
find of interest, but will remove your name
immediately if you ask us to. If any e-mails are
sent, they will be highly specific, and you will
never be placed on a mass-mailing circular.

unexpected delay in sending your chosen items -
such as back orders or orders pending.
You will receive your order
confirmation and unique order reference number
as soon as our system has processed your order.

Concerns about Credit Card Security?
Although our Credit Card
Processing System is totally secure - using
128-bit encryption, you may still wish to place
your order without submitting your card details
via the Internet. If this is the case, then
please select your order, and when prompted for
Payment Method, please select "Send Credit
Card Details Separately".
You will then need to print your
order and details on a form which can be faxed
or sent to us by post. Your Credit Card details
will NOT be processed over the Internet if you
select this option - it's that easy!
AcuMedic orders are processed using a fully secured
SSL-encrypted HTTPS server.

AcuMedic want your Online
shopping experience to be a very positive one.
We have been operating a telephone mail order
service for many years, and our Online operation
is a natural extension to this. We have direct
telephone numbers for you to get in touch, and a
high-street presence, and are always available
to help you trace your order or assist you in
any way. Each order has a unique reference
number for you to quote, and our staff will be
able to tell you exactly what stage your order
has reached at any given time.
