In this book, the basic principle of Qigong, including the requirements for Qigong practice, is introduced first.

Then some common methods for keeping fit and for self-regulation, which are easy to learn and have been practiced by many Qigong amateurs, are provided.

In order to facilitate the readers who want to relieve their disorders with the help of this book, some acupuncture points concerned with common diseases which are involved in Qigong practice and should be known are supplied in the latter part of the book.

Qigong serves as a basis for elimination of disease. Conversely, good health promotes better Qigong practice.
