The general introduction in this book is a pandect on basic theory, and introduces the scope and features of surgery of TCM. Includes the contents on methods for syndrome differentiation, differentiation of pathogenic factors, and therapeutic methods of the surgical disease. It introduces other therapies such as infusion, cutting drainage, and cotton pad drainage.

A chapter deals with specific diseases: - Boils and Sores, - Mammary Diseases, - Acute - - Abdomen, - Dermal Diseases,- Sexually Transmitted Diseases, - Diseases of Prostate, - - Anorectal Diseases, and Peripheral Diseases.
