This book combines the study of energy healing and an understanding of the effects of sound. It is a handbook for understanding how certain sounds work and how they can be used in healing.

It gives a map that helps to link the effects of sound on the body, the subconscious, emotions, and thoughts. Sound treatments that work on specific locations in the energy field, using tuning forks, small cymbals, or voice, are the focus of this work, bringing together the action of sound, subtle anatomy, thoughts, emotions, and their associations to body parts, as well as corroboration from recent findings in neuroscience concerning the human brain and music.

The author\'s approach to the Greco-Aryan five element system (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) enables an understanding of the links beteween nature, quality in musical expression, and the human composite. This system connects humans with the whole of nature\"
