The book goes on to anatomically describe the location of each point , and then this is followed, in all cases, by a section of Tips, helping you in a step by step way, giving you valuable advice and help in the actual location of the point.

This wonderful textbook is also designed to promote research of the different locations for each point, as refered to, by the various masters throughout the world.

Relative to each point, there is a complete section indicating the alternative locations as recorded by the Masters. Thus giving you a complete reference manual for each and every point on the body.
