This book is an excellent basic student handbook for reflexology. Designed specifically with the student in mind, its clear and unambiguous approach is ideal for thoses learning relexology. The explanations given in every chapter are straightforward, and the limited jargon that is necessary to cover the subject is deciphered with the minimum of fuss in the glossary.

Some may argue that the book is a lettle simplistic, but therein lies its strength. many of the concepts in reflexology are not easy to absorb and a solid understanding of the basics is essential before tackling the many variables that inevitably occur when dealing many individual clients. It is at this point that the relexology tutor steps in to guide the discussions that stem from the fascinating discoveries that the student relexologist will make when putting it into practice.
