Chinese medicine has long recognized the strong effect that our emotions have on our health. This book explains how the different Chinese Elements relate to emotional types and introduces a system of self-diagnosis, a variety of Eastern and Western techniques including Qi Gong and NLP.

The ancient Chinese understood that positive emotions can keep us healthy whilst negative emotions significantly and unfavourably affect our health. Our bodies manifest our emotions, for example worry can deplete the immune system and frustration and anger can strain the heart.
