The plum-blossom needle therapy is a valuable legacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and has a history of more than two thousand years and is characterized by wide-range of indications, rapidly-achieved effects, low cost, simple and easy way to apply and to popularize, thus it has been well welcomed by the broad populations.

In order to explore and systematize this legacy of traditional Chineswe medicine, and to allow more medical workers to master the plum-blossom needle therapy so that the people's health will be better served, the author has compiled this book 'The Plum-Blossom Needle Therapy'.

First published in 1973, this book was well received.

However, since the compilation was completed hastily for some reasons, only an outline of the plum-blossom needle therapy was preliminarily introduced.
