Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We encrypt and secure all credit and debit card payments during the payment process.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept ALL credit and debit cards, and encrypted and secured payment processing is applied regardless. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card and debit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

UK and NORTHERN IRELAND: Small packages up to 1KG go via first class letter post. Large packages over 1KG go via the Parcel24 or Parcel48 service. We aim to ship your order the same day (if received before 3pm)

EUROPE/EURO ZONE: (Allow 3-5 working days for delivery) Small packages up to 2KG go via Air Letter Post and Large packages over 2KG go via Euro48

OVERSEAS: (Allow 10-15 working days delivery) Small packages up to 1KG go via Air Letter Post and Large packages over 1KG go via International Air Parcel

Delivery Schedule

We process your order straight away. UK 24-hour delivery on most orders, provided your chosen item(s) are in stock. Please also refer to our Shipping Charges page for delivery costs.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You can always e-mail us if you wish to cancel your order and would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders placed in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable (VAT is currently excluded from Books).

Overseas and non-EU orders are VAT free, and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if this applies to you.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card or debit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Machines come with a one-year guarantee (except Accessories), Books are non-returnable unless faulty and all other products are non-returnable unless faulty.
